Buyers
Buyers must register with OGTrades in order to utilize our online auction services. Buyers must meet the minimum requirements outlined in the bullets of the Accredited Investors section of OGTrades. According to SEC and FINRA regulations, buyers must submit certification that they are accredited investors and provide additional insight towards their industry experiance for OGTrades to review and evaluate prior to approving their registration.
Shortly after your registration, you will be contacted by one of our representatives to cover next steps. OGTrades reserves the right to deny your registration or application at its sole discretion. Registration will provide you with online access to view our current oil and gas auctions. Additional steps must be completed in order to bid on our auctions.
Sellers
Sellers must complete the application process, and provide information related to the prospect. OGTrades will contact you regarding your submission, and work with you to establish a plan for getting your auction up and running.
In the meantime, you can begin working on the Exhibits that will be required by our team, to get your prospect marketed. Please download a version of the file attached. There are two tabs that will need to be completed included in the excel file:
Once you complete the information, you will need to submit it utilizing the Submit Prospect webform available on our site.
